On 23rd July, the Chinese Olympic football team played a friendly match against one of the most renowned teams of Italy, Juventus. Demonstrators from the Tibetan Community of Italy and the Associazione Italia-Tibet displayed banners reading “No 2008 Olympics in China – Free Tibet” and one woman ran onto the field waving a Tibetan flag (pictured).
